Since we have a huge number of readers in the Salt Lake City, UT area, we wanted to share this fun event (and partially because we wish so badly we could go- hello Chocolate!!) Our fave cooking mega-store, Orson Gygi is having a fantastic event this weekend– all about chocolate! They are offering two days of FREE Chocolate classes, samples throughout the store, knife skills and sharpening with Wusthof, and giveaways every hour, and sales on their amazing chocolate!
There are tons of free classes, you just have to sign up and register. Check out the descriptions below (from the Orson Gygi website) and sign up to reserve a spot- they’ll fill up quickly! Then make something delicious and I’ll post my address so you can mail it to me, okay? Okay.
And if you’re not in the Salt Lake City area, check out their website– they have a huge selection of chocolate, caramel, molds, and all kinds of candy making and baking supplies.
In order to sign up for our free classes you must click on the name of the class below and then complete the registration form for each class you would like to attend. By completing this registration form you are reserving ONE spot in the above mentioned class for the registered name. If you wish to register for more than one person, this form needs to be completed in full for each person wishing to attend the class. The Gygi Chocolate Extravaganza Classes are compliments of the Orson H. Gygi company and will be held in our demonstration kitchen.
