Description
Super quick and easy fruit dip that tastes like cheesecake–made with Biscoff cookie spread. Great on apples!
Ingredients
- 3/4 cup Biscoff cookie spread (or other brands)
- 4 ounces cream cheese (light cream cheese works great)
- 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
Instructions
- Place ingredients into a small mixing bowl and mix with an electric mixer on high speed for 1-2 minutes or until very light and fluffy. Serve with sliced apples (or other fruit.)
