An easy protein shake packed with healthy ingredients to get your day started off right!

Ingredients

1 1/2 cups ice plus milk of your choice to fill up the measuring cup
1/41/3 of a medium frozen banana
3 tablespoons powdered peanut butter
1 scoop Chocolate Protein Powder (I use Ideal Lean)
optional: 1 1/2 tablespoons oats
optional: 1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder


Instructions

Blend everything together until smooth!
