If you’re new around here, we have tons of fun stuff in our shop. Our signature product is our line of Artisan Olive Oils. They’re made from premium olives from the heart of California’s olive country and pressed with real flavors, like fresh lemons, limes, chilis, and herbs.
We have a few new things to debut today, like these two brand new Balsamics! First up is this dreamy Pomegranate, which was really popular at our live event last month.
If you’ve never tried our Balsamic Vinegars, they’re thick, rich, glaze consistency so they work beautifully in so many things. You can whisk them with our oils to make amazing salad dressings, drizzle them over crackers spread with a little soft cheese, brush them over chicken, pork, steak, or fish, or even drizzle over desserts like ice cream or fruit crisp.
Our second new flavor (one of my faves) is Vanilla Fig. It’s got all the sweet warmth of fresh fig, plus mild undertones of vanilla. It’s amazing on pork tenderloin, and I drizzled it over baked brie the other day and about died and went to heaven.
We now carry ALL 4 of our Balsamics (Pomegranate, Vanilla Fig, Blackberry, and Raspberry) in these large, frosted glass bottles. They’re gorgeous, and make great gifts!
Speaking of sizes, we also now carry every single flavor in both small and regular bottles, plus both Garlic and Extra Virgin are available in XL bottles. (And yes, plain extra virgin is back!) Here’s a visual so you can see all 3 sizes.
