While spring is technically right around the corner, where I live it’s still cool and drizzly and feeling like perfect soup weather. If you’ve never made chicken and dumplings, it’s basically a creamy chicken noodle soup with puffy mounds of biscuit dough dropped right into the soup to cook. It’s warm, hearty, and pretty much the definition of comfort food. This is one of those classic, beloved Our Best Bites recipes that’s kind of gotten lost in the past few years.
