We’re just a little over half way on our current DietBet and 30-Day Challenge! How is everyone doing?? I am miraculously right on track where I should be, so now I just need to keep going for the 2nd have and finish strong. Today I’m throwing it back to a few of our “favorite things” lists for anyone who needs a little somethin’-somethin’ for that extra push at the end. I can’t believe it’s almost over. At the beginning of this week I was way behind but I’ve worked hard and am almost to my goal!

Thanks to fitnessblender.com I am feeling stronger than I ever have. My eating habits are where I struggle the most. I am having to be really careful, but I think I might win the dietbet. I am so glad you guys started it so I could reset myself before things got really out of control! 🙂
Uhh, not so well. I did great in July with just a little bit of extra effort so I figured it would be the same this time. It’s not working out for me though. I really need to step it up the next week and a half.
