Health and wellness has always been a big deal for both Sara and me. It’s always about balance for us–whether it’s sustainable workouts that fit into our everyday lives or finding a way to eat cookies and kale salads, we’re all about a healthy lifestyle rather than a quick fix.I have been working out with a personal trainer for the last 3 months and it has been a fantastic experience for me, both physically and emotionally, so I’m excited to take some of that energy and momentum and throw it into another DietBet! Yep, we are so excited to announce that we’re hosting another DietBet, which is one of my favorite ways to focus my energy and get excited about losing weight–it’s seriously so fun, especially when you have friends in your personal life playing along with you…a little healthy competition (and motivation!) never hurts!
How does DietBet work? Basically, you enter $35 into the pot. If you lose at least 4% of your starting weight after 30 days, you split the pot with everyone else who achieved their goal. You can lose it however you want– count your macros, go low-carb, Weight Watchers whatever works best for your body. We’re giving away prizes, recipes, lots of support, and some healthy competition.
