No-Churn Cinnamon Ice Cream

Super simple no-churn ice cream that's perfect for Mexican-themed cookouts!

Ingredients

  • 1 14- ounce can sweetened condensed milk
  • 3 1/2 tablespoons ground cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla
  • 2 cups heavy whipping cream
  • Garnishes as desired see notes

Instructions

  • Combine the sweetened condensed milk, cinnamon, and vanilla in a medium bowl. Set aside.
  • Whip the cream until stiff peaks form. Fold into the cinnamon mixture until combined. Transfer to a 9x13" dish, cover, and freeze for at least 6 hours
  • When ready to serve, scoop and then add toppings as desired!

Notes

  • This simple ice cream is the perfect canvas for fun garnishes--fresh strawberries, cinnamon-sugar doughnut or churro pieces, baked or fried tortillas covered in cinnamon sugar, buttermilk syrup (or other caramel sauce), snickerdoodle or sugar cookie pieces, and candied pecans are all great choices!
