Ingredients

  • Below are the main components for an elevated yogurt parfait bowl- choose at least a couple from each category to build a great bowl! Choosing high quality options will really elevate this dish.
  • High quality yogurt like Noosa Honey or Vanilla
  • Fresh Fruit - berries sliced bananas, cherries, tropical fruit
  • Crunchy Toppings - granola toasted coconut, pumpkin seeds, chia seeds, hemp hearts, toasted nuts
  • Drizzlers - natural nut butters maple syrup, honey, agave syrup, berry sauce

Instructions

  • These can be served in shallow bowls, or in jars. 
  • Start with a large dollop of yogurt as a base. 
  • Top with fresh fruit of your choice. 
  • Sprinkle the crunchy toppings on. 
  • Drizzle with nut butter, syrup, etc. 

Notes

The quality of the granola makes a huge difference.  I love Purely Elizabeth brand, and Private Selection (Kroger brand) has a few that taste like actual crumbled cookies. I love the ones with chocolate chunks for a little added indulgence.
