  1. This was my first Our Best Bites recipe. I loved it and will probably end up over making it like I do everything I love, but in the meantime, it will be served over torn lettuce from the garden along with grilled pineapple-cilantro-lime chicken. Some might say that’s too many flavors all competing for my attention, but I love it when delicious things compete for my attention.

  2. Where is the recipe for this?? I’ve looked on the web AND your cookbook …. My mother-in-law had us buy a 500 pound bag of quinoa and I have no idea what to do with it!! šŸ˜‰
