When September rolls around I’m always 100% ready to jump right into Apple recipes. I love pumpkin and pumpkin spice, but there’s something about Apples in September, when the summer weather is still lingering but things are just starting to turn. Where I live I’ve been noticing amazing deals on fresh apples so I thought it would be fun to share some of my most favorite apple recipes. Yum! I’m all about those fall flavors and so true that pumpkin eclipses a lot of the other fall options. My husband is a huge apple fan, so we’ll definitely be making some of these! Thanks for the recommendations!

Darrrrrrn. Literally today, TODAY, I just finished canning applesauce from nearly 175 lbs of apples (about 100lbs came from our own two trees). It took me about a week and a half. Many were eaten (the Honeycrisps were so $&!@ good), Two pies were made, but I don’t know why I didn’t think to seek out more apple recipes?! Next year!!
