I went for a long time without ever trying this pancake recipe. We actually have lots of awesome pancakes on our site, and I like different ones for different situations. These have officially locked in their spot though, as the #1, go-to, I just need-a-classic-amazing-pancake recipe. I can’t even find the words to tell you how good these are. They are SO good. I’d say hands-down the best classic pancakes I’ve ever had. And yes- that’s saying a lot! They’re more labor intensive than some of our “every day” recipes, so at our house we kind of save them for special occasions. Whenever I see a pancake recipe I just have to (that is a MUST) try it, this is one of my favorites so far. I’ll try making again (cause you know, the more you make it, the more delicious they become), and I’m pretty sure they’ll end up being number 1 on my list!
